At Elegant Emulations, all products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Please review this policy before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final (Important)
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color preference, or general dissatisfaction.
A product that is delivered as described and in proper condition is not eligible for return or refund.
Eligible Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements are issued only if Elegant Emulations or our fulfillment partner is at fault, including:
- Item arrives damaged or defective
- Incorrect item received
- Missing item
- Order is significantly delayed beyond delivery timelines
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photo and/or video evidence.
Delivery & Lost Package Policy
- If tracking shows Delivered, refunds or replacements are not issued
- If you did not receive your package, a non-delivery confirmation from the local postal authority is required
- Orders delayed beyond:
- 45 days (U.S.)

60 days (International)
may qualify for a replacement or refund at our discretion
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personal care or hygiene products
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled only before processing
- Once processing or shipping begins, cancellations are not possible
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer law.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Bank or card processing times may vary
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order with Elegant Emulations, you agree to this policy.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failure to collect the package
- Claims not supported by valid evidence
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in order restriction or account review.
